LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
HIT supports training of individuals with a vision for holistic, transformational change of their communities. We assist in training individuals in the skills needed to identify the strengths and needs in their communities, to develop projects that augment skills and meet needs, and to develop the skills to lead, teach, and counsel people in their local context.
$200: Provides training materials for a leader.
$600: Supports training of a new leader for an entire year.
$1,000: Purchases a motorcycle enabling leaders to reach the people they serve.
